En Modo Zen was founded by Ana with the belief that wellness should feel personal, comfortable, and effortless.
With a background in nutrition and experience as a fitness coach, Ana has spent years working with people and learning how movement, recovery, and everyday habits shape the way we feel in our bodies. Massage became a natural extension of that journey, allowing her to combine her knowledge of the body with a more hands-on approach to wellbeing.
She created En Modo Zen to offer a more personal approach to massage in Los Cabos — bringing professional bodywork directly to where guests are staying, whether that’s a villa, condo, vacation rental, or private residence.
What began as a passion for helping people feel better, move more freely, and reconnect with their bodies has grown into a mobile massage service built around personalized care, professionalism, and genuine human connection.
Today, En Modo Zen serves visitors and residents throughout Los Cabos, creating a calm, personalized experience without requiring you to leave your space.
